Through this writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:- (A) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order (s)/direction(s) commanding the respondents to correct the sale deed which has has been executed by the Secretary of Vitt Vibhag Karamchari Sahakari Grih Nirman Samiti Ltd. in view of order dated 08.09.2023 passed in Cr. W.J.C.

No. 539 of 2021 for which the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.7698 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 requested to the respondent no.5 for correction of sale deed time and again.

(B) Any other appropriate writ, order (s) or direction (s) as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is minor discrepancy in the document for which he preferred a petition before the Registrar Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna on 06.10.2023 but he has not heard anything thereafter.

4. In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent no.3 (the Registrar Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna) to take up the petition of the petitioner and take the same to its logical conclusion, after hearing all the parties, maximum by 31st of December, 2024.
