2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife for non-fullfilment of demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that during investigation independent witnesses i.e., co-villagers have said that the deceased had a fight with her husband the previous night of the occurrence and she committed suicide.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024.
