2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant being a police official has alleged that on 12.01.2025, he received information from one Komal Kumari that her father is assaulting her. When he reached at the place of occurrence, he saw a person was fleeing away carrying a bag in his hand. The said person was apprehended by the police and on interrogation, he disclosed his name as Ram Prakash Paswan (petitioner). On search of the alleged bag, two country made pistols were

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As per F.I.R., two country made pistols (without cartridge) has been recovered from the bag of the petitioner. In fact, no recovery is made out from the possession of the petitioner. The said recovery was manufactured and fabricated as per instance of cousin sister of the petitioner namely Komal Kumari. During the investigation, no any positive material has been found against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner is man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusrai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025 subject to the following conditions :- (i). He will remain physically present on each and
