The petitioner being the husband of Anganwari Sevika is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 379, 427 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informing being Child Development Project Officer was assaulted by the husbands of different Anganwari Sevikas and disturbing the functioning of the office, who tried to get the signature of the informant on different registers forcibly and files were tore. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled since the protest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56163 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 and complaints wee made against the informant for making illegal selection of Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika and when the selection made by the informant was cancelled there was hue and cry by the non-selected candidates for returning of their money, hence, the informant in order to save her skin lodged the present case and no files were found to be torn or snatched. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 462 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
