2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 41/2022 lodge on 27.01.2022 under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 447, 307, 302, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 25 named accused persons including the present petitioner with an allegation that he has assaulted on the eyes of the one Umesh Yadav by Bhala.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023. He further submits that there is no injury on the eyes of the Umesh

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Upon specific querry made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed or not, counsel submits that he is not aware of this fact whether charge has been framed or not.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named by granted bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 41/2022 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
