Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court has been modified by the Division Bench and as per modified order the period of three months is yet to be completed, this Court will not find the opposite parties in contempt but then it is hereby directed that whatever has been said by the Division Bench while reiterating the directions given in the order of this Court must be complied strictly within the time frame fixed by the Division Bench, failing which the petitioner shall have the liberty to move the Division Bench for initiating a fresh contempt proceeding. With the aforementioned observation and liberty, this application is disposed of.
