The application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the allegation against these petitioners is that their Truck was seized by the police but the petitioners took away their Truck without permission of the police. Petitioner No.1 is Owner and the petitioner no.2 is the Driver. It has also been submitted by the petitioners that as a matter of fact, the vehicle of the petitioners was stopped by the police in order to extract money but as the

Having heard both sides. In view of the facts as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur (Bhabhua) in connection with Ramgarh P.s.Case No.67 of 2013 , subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with condition that he will co-operate in the investigation of the case.
