Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.Case No.83 of 2020 for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66/66A of I.T.Act, 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a photo copy shop in front of the College. Allegation against this petitioner is of misuse of Facebook account of the informant to defame him, who was contesting the election. He further submits that petitioner is neither student of the College nor he is in any way concern with the politics of the College.

No.27647 of 2020(2) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.Case No.83 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
