The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 295(A), 333, 353, 153(A), 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 130 F.I.R. named persons, including this petitioner, and some unknown persons, armed with weapons pelted stones, raised slogans against a particular community and on protest, some shops of the locality were set on fire.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation of pelting stones and setting the shops on fire is general and omnibus. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27461 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
