2. The appellant has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.09.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal(SJ). No. 1363 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to expedite and conclude the trial.
4. In compliance of order dated 14.5.2024, a progress report dated 3rd of June 2024 sent by Exclusive Spl. Judge (SC/ST Act), Patna has been received which suggests that trial is likely to be concluded in six months.

5. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further submits that appellant is languishing in judicial custody since 05.05.2022.
6. There is no new ground to reconsider the bail prayer of the appellant. Hence, this appeal stands disposed off.
7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the appellant will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
