JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Informant suspects that the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed the murder of his son. Informant alleged that wife of deceased had illicit relation with this petitioner and that is why, this petitioner and others committed murder of son of informant and hanged his deadbody in order to make it the case of 'suicide'.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has raised only suspicion against petitioner and others. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted. Petitioner claims

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the period of custody, clean antecedent and the fact that only suspicion has been raised against petitioner & others, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, District - West Champaran in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024.
