JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 15.12.2009, contained in Memo No. 274/09 dated 24.11.2009, passed in Appeal No. 07/08 and 1578/09 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
