JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 13.04.2015 F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners came at the grocery shop of the informant and demanded extortion. Again on 17.04.2015 the accused persons came and robbed the articles from the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that with similar accusation earlier Maner P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 was filed by the informant on 13.04.2015 wherein the petitioners have been granted bail and for a petty dispute between the parties, the accusation has been levelled. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56078 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Mener P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
