JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). Issuance of writ in the nature of cortiorari for quashing/Set aside last part of the order vide Momo no. XIV-57/10-163 dated 30.01.13 issued by the District Magistrate, Patna whereby suspension of the petitioner has been revoked with immediate effect and salary of the suspension period will be decided after final decision of the C.W.J.C. No. 16813 of 2012 whereas suspension order has been stayed by this Hon'ble court on 19.10.2012 in the said case.

(B). Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay the rest

Patna High Court CWJC No.23201 of 2013(3) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 salary of the petitioner of suspension period from 16.2.2010 to 30.01.2013 (revokatim date) with consequential benefits.

(C). The Respondent further be directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since another writ petition, filed by the petitioner i.e. CWJC No. 16813 of 2012, has already stood disposed off, the District Magistrate, Patna, be directed to take a decision with regard to payment of salary for the suspension period. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
