The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,324,326,451 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant's father namely Shiv Balak Prasad and his brother Sanjay Prasad used to deal in the theft articles and concealed the stolen property in the house which was opposed by the informant and his wife. It is further alleged that due to the stand of the informant the petitioners being the sister in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56158 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/3 law (brother's wife) and the sister of the informant came variously armed and assaulted the wife of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are sister in law and sister of the informant and for the occurrence of 18.7.2015 the FIR has been registered on 23.7.2015. The accusation has been levelled in the background of some property dispute and it does not appear that any grievous injury has been caused to the informant's wife. The accusation of assault is omnibus and general against nine accused persons including the petitioners who are ladies. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, the accusation being omnibus and general and the petitioners being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.294 of 2015
