ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 20.03.2019 in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.53 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries are wholly fictitious and the petitioners have been taken into custody on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
