The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Forest Case No. 40 of 2010 (Tr. No.2754 of 2016) registered under Sections 33 and 41 of the Forest Act. Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were neither arrested on the spot nor anything was recovered from their possession nor they are involved in any other case apart from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41614 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 present one, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada in connection with Forest Case No. 40 of 2010 (Tr. No.2754 of 2016) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C., in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today.
