JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. Prayer for bail of the petitioner in Siwan Mahila Police Station Case No. 34/2018/ POCSO Trial No. 129 of 2019 was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated passed in Cr.Mis.No. 30683/2019 (Annexure 1).

From perusal of paragraph 6 of the bail petition, it appears that almost all witnesses have been examined in this case. However, trial is pending due to non-availability of the trial court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

As the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2018, the
