JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 By way of present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 110 of 2014 arising out of Bisfi P.S.Case No.138 of 2012, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
