2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parihar PS Case No. 29/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the IPC.

3. The allegation against the petitioner as per First Information Report is that the petitioner abducted the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged. Learned counsel referring to Annexure-2, which is statement of the victim under Section 164 CrPC, submits that the victim has

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the material on record and the statement of the victim made under Section 164 of the CrPC, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, RAJESH PASWAN be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar PS Case No. 29/2020.

7. It is made clear that at the time of furnishing bail bonds, all the parties shall follow the guidelines regarding lockdown and social distancing.
