2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 to 6, passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Sheikhpura, vide order dated 09.03.2021, in connection with Shekhopursarai P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37454 of 2021(3) dt.13-11-2025 2/2
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite party nos. 2 to 6 and others have brutally assaulted the petitioner and his family members and injured them. He further submits that opposite party nos. 2 to 6 threatened the petitioner and his family members not to pursue their case.
4. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner did not file any document to support that petitioner and his family members were threatened by the O.P. Nos. 2 to 6. He further submits that the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Sheikhpura, had passed impugned order on merit and the petitioner has not made out any case for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the O.P. Nos. 2 to 6.
5. From perusal of the impugned order and the material on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, it appears that there is no material to show that O.P. Nos. 2 to 6 have indulged in tampering with the evidence or threatened the petitioner and his family members. Hence, no case is made out for cancellation of bail of O.P. Nos. 2 to 6. Accordingly, the Cr. Misc. No. 37454 of 2021, is dismissed. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
