Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 38(i)(ii), 41(i)(ii), 31, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The seizure list reflects recovery of 5240 sacks each containing 180 ml illicit liquor.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
