The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 529/2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 3988/2023 dated 17.11.2023, registered under Sections 363, 366A, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she has eloped with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There was love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl. There is a delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2023.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S.
