The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 315 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she has voluntarily entered into the wedlock with the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P.S.
