The writ application seeks a direction commanding the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to furnish information to the petitioner for which requisition/application under Right to Information Act2005 was filed. The stand of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 is that the relevant information have already been furnished to the petitioner.

On his own showing, a proceeding is pending before the State Information Commission at the instance of the petitioner with regard to the deficient supply and/or non-supply of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10747 of 2014 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 information sought by the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief.
