JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For issuance of order, direction or writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing the charge-sheet contained in letter no.

3867 dated 06.08.13 issued by Respondent No. 3 whereby and whereunder disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against the petitioner.

ii. For issuance of order, direction or

Patna High Court CWJC No.24654 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/3 writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 1121 dated 11.03.2013 issued under the signature of respondent No. 3 whereby and where under the petitioner, posted as Child Development Project Officer, Dumariya, Gaya has been suspended under Rule 9 (1) (a) of the Bihar Government Servant (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005.

iii. For issuance of order, direction or any appropriate writ for revoking the suspension of the writ petitioner with immediate effect.

iv. For issuance of order, direction or any appropriate writ for staying the operation of the order of suspension of the petitioner contained in Memo No. 1121 dated 11.03.2013 during the pendency of the instant writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties have unanimously submitted that the petitioner has already stood exonerated in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24654 of 2013(2) dt.06-07-2023 3/3 departmental proceeding initiated against him, hence no lis survives for consideration.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
