JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 By way of present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 446 of 2014 arising out of L.N.Mithila University P.S.Case No.10 of 2014, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for discharge has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
