Mr Amish Kumar appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's claim for appointment as Vikas Mitra at Gram Panchayat - Gosain Gaon, Block - Gopalpur, District - Bhagalpur has been pending before the authorities for the last about three years.
Short submission is that if the Authority examines his application, then the claim of the petitioner is likely to be redressed as on all counts as the petitioner is eligible for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9661 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 appointment in question.
Since the claim of the petitioner has to be examined by the Sub Divisional Officer, Naugachhia, pendency of the instant proceedings, having regard to the submissions made by the petitioner's counsel, would be futile.
Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Naugachhia (respondent No 3) to dispose of the petitioner's claim by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously without any undue delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
