1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner to seek direction to the respondent Authorities to construct road and underground drainage in Gali No. 6 from the house of the petitioner to the house of Mahendra Mahto adjacent to Tekari Road, by way of writ of mandamus by way of any writ or writs."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 i.e. the Executive Officer Nagar Nigam, Bankipur, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, before the respondent no.4, within a period of two weeks from today, needful action shall be taken, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
