The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of supplementary affidavit, it appears that petitioner handed over the charge on 21.09.2016 to others and thereafter, the present F.I.R. is lodged.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.45159 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
