Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 40 of the Mines and Mineral Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion merely because he is owner of the truck in question. Petitioner had no knowledge about the seized articles. The Driver and Khalasi of the vehicle have already been enlarged on bail. Petitioner was not present at the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Waris Nagar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
