2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondent Bank by way of representation (Annexure- P/6) seeking one time settlement of the loan. The authorities are directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date
