It is submitted by Mr. Ajay, learned Government Advocate-XII, appearing for the State respondents that the permission to hold Disney Land/Fair Exhibition within the premises of the Zila School, Purnia, which had been granted earlier by the authorities concerned, has already been withdrawn. In view of the above, this Public Interest Litigation has

However, before we close this case, we make it clear that the School authorities as well as State respondents shall not grant permission to organize the Disney Land/Fair Exhibition within the premises of the said school.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
