The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40726/2015 with a direction to the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount left due against the petitioner within nine months.

The petitioner has already deposited 20% of Rs. 27,00,000/- but after three months ten days from the due date but the bail bonds have not been cancelled as yet. Therefore, I do not find any reason to modify the aforesaid order dated 05.10.2015. Accordingly, the modification petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
