2. The present application has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor- opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2025 in CWJC No.19843 of 2025 passed by this Court.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that final order has been recorded and a copy of the show cause has already been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.04.2026. He further submits that all the
Patna High Court MJC No.1024 of 2026(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 grievances of the petitioner has been redressed and nothing survives for adjudication.
4. Considering that the final order has already been passed, which is appended with the show cause as Annexure-A as contained in Memo No.1330 dated 16.04.2026, the contempt petition is dropped.
5. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
6. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed in compliance with the order in the writ petition, he may avail himself of the remedies available under the law. (Ajit Kumar, J) shikha/- U
