Although a specific grievance raised by the petitioner is regarding illegal construction made by the private respondent, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation draws the attention of this Court towards the order bearing memo no.2572 dated 3.9.2013 passed by the Town Commissioner, Begusarai Municipal Corporation to submit that the Municipal Commissioner has passed appropriate orders directing the private respondent to be within the sanctioned map as well as not to extend the construction to the road. He thus submits that in case this order is being violated by the private respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.23295 of 2013 (1) dt.21-04-2016 then the petitioner would be at liberty to draw the attention of the Municipal Commissioner with substantive evidence and which would be acted upon.
