JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-11-2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the First Information Report of Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 0658 of 2015, dated 24.11.2015, which has been registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On 09.09.2020, this Court had called for a report from the Court below about the stage of the case, which has

The report, referred to above, indicates that the case is still pending investigation and it is awaiting the submission of final report.

Since the case is of the year 2015, so any further delay in completing the investigation cannot be countenanced. The investigating agency is directed to complete the investigation and submit a report within a period of three months from today.

If the petitioners would feel aggrieved by the report of the police or any order passed by the Court on such report, they could avail the legal remedies to which they are entitled.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
