ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, informant and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Angiawn (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the postmortem report indicates that there are injuries on the person of the deceased yet there is no specific allegation against the present petitioner rather a general and omnibus allegation has been made against all the three persons, who are father-inlaw, husband and the present petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the husband and father-in-law of the deceased lady have been extended the privilege of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39097 of 2016 (3) dt.09-11-2016 44570 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 39500 of 2016 vide order dated 06.10.2016 and 18.10.2016, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VII Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Angiawn (Garahari) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
