The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 420,120(B), 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Similarly situated co-accused has been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 22434 of 2017. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was a deed writer and the dispute was complete civil dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
