The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 489 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.02.2019. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has been implicated on the basis of suspicion and confessional statement of co-accused and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date petitioner has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the Court
