Although the writ petition was filed complaining of nonimplementation of schemes in respect of Gram Panchayat, Rajpur in the district of Rohtas but considering the notification for fresh Panchayat Election 2016, in my opinion the issue has been rendered infructuous by passage of time and the petitioner, if so advised, may raise the issue in case the grievance subsists even in the newly constituted Panchayat.

The writ petition is disposed of.
