2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 76, 324(4), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner, without accepting his guilt, is ready to make good the amount incurred by the victim in treatment/medical care.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2026.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, at the time of furnishing his bail bonds, is directed to produce a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- in the name of the informant/victim and the same shall be handed over to the informant/victim. It is made clear that the bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if he brings the demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- in the name of the informant/victim.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Lodipur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at
