JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that in the background of dispute with regard to discharge of drainage, the accused persons assaulted to the informant's husband and brother-in-law and pelted stone damaging the roof of the house of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled when none has received any substantial injury. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56191 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
