The petitioner seeks bail in Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Shravan Kumar @ Chotu Mukhiya. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27878 of 2019(2) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, in connection with Pratapganj P.S.
