ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 07-08-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that even though the amounts due to the petitioners have been paid, but the interest on the delayed payments was not made. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that as per the agreement entered between the parties, the question of paying any interest on the delayed payment does not arise and, therefore, the same was not paid to the petitioner. Having regard to the above mentioned submissions, and also the fact that the agreement entered between the parties does not contemplate paying of any interest on the amounts due or for the delayed payments, the prayer sought in the CWJC

Patna High Court CWJC No.22905 of 2013(4) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 cannot be granted and the CWJC has to be necessarily dismissed.

This writ petition is dismissed.
