Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 427, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the alleged date and time of occurrence all the accused persons including these petitioners armed with sword and axe entered the house for the informant and assaulted her and her family members causing various injury to them. It is submitted that petitioner No 1 is 63 years old lady and mother-in-law of the informant and petitioner no 2 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27501 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 daughter-in-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioners are ladies. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of llearned S.D.J.M, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District- East Champaran. in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No 446 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
