The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief:- "(i) That the present petition is to command/direct the respondent authorities to pay the amount of compensation along with interest to the petitioner accrued due to the acquisition of the land of the petitioner's Gaushala."

3. Learned Counsel for the State has come with this stand that for the land in question i.e., Title Suit No. 212 of 1994 is pending between Sri Krishna Goshala Vs. Bajrangi Mahto and Anr. in the Court of sub-Judge, Patna City in which a part decree has come and the plaintiff was directed the defendant to handover the possession of the land in question. He further submits that due to order passed in Title Suit No. 212 of 1994,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8514 of 2019(4) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 the payment of land acquisition could not be made. He submits that the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna vide letter No. 948 dated 24.03.2025, has requested the petitioner to submits the details of land in question like Khatiyan, Sale-deed, LPC, Revenue Receipt, Bank Account details as well as the order passed in Title Suit No. 212 of 1994.

In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the petitioner to move before the District Land Acquisition Officer Patna, (Respondent No.3) with all the related documents of the said land, so that the matter could be decided in his favor within 30 days from today and the Respondent No.3 is hereby directed to take a decision by virtue of reasoned and speaking order, with regard to letter No. 948 dated 24.03.2025 in accordance with law within 90 days thereafter.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
