This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 386, 406, 409, 420, 452 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2. They had started the business of liquor and with regard to sharing of profits this dispute has arisen in which there is case and counter case by both the sides. There is no chance that the petitioner will abscond.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
