Patna High Court CWJC No. 3194 of 2024(6) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 29-11-2024 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed his objections before the Certificate Officer, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 i.e. District Certificate Officer, Khagaria to consider the objections filed by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.
2. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
