By way of present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.09.2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 739/13 by which the revisional Court has confirmed the order 06.08.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2441(c) of 2003 and dismissed the revision
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21639 of 2015 (2) dt.04-12-2015 2 / 2 application.
Though the present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the same is in the nature of second revision, which is barred under Section 397(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
